Shipping

We carefully prepare and ship orders from our warehouse on business days (Monday to Friday). As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, so you can follow its journey until delivery. Order processing times can vary from 2-3 days and from 3-5 days during holiday periods (Christmas, Easter, etc.).

 

Delivery times

In Italy: 3 to 6 business days
Shipping cost: free for orders over €79.00. For orders under €79.00, the cost is €6.90.

In Europe: Delivery times are 4 to 9 business days.
Shipping costs vary by destination country and are always shown at checkout before payment.

 

Right of withdrawal

Returns are free on galgostore.it! If you change your mind about your purchase, no problem. As provided by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order, without having to provide any reason.

 

Conditions for returns

To make a return, products must be returned in the following conditions:

the item must be intact and undamaged, must not have been worn or washed
it must have all original tags still attached and must be returned in its original or equivalent packaging

Once we receive the product, we will verify that these conditions are met and, if they are, we will issue a refund.

 

How to make a return

We have made the return process simple and fast. You can choose between two methods:

By logging into your customer account, you can request a return automatically directly from your orders section. The system will guide you step by step through the procedure.
Via email, you can contact our customer service by writing to: shop@galgostore.it.
You will receive all instructions to complete the return.

The product must be shipped within 5 days of confirming the return request.
Return shipping costs are free.

 

Refund

After receiving and verifying the return, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen for the purchase. The crediting times may vary depending on the bank or payment circuit used.

 

Size or color exchange

If you want a different size or color, you can simply request a return of the product received and place a new order with the desired variant. Or request an exchange by contacting customer service at the email address: shop@galgostore.it
